Assignment 6.2: follow the leader part iii: submission of interview

This assignment is the third of three assignments that guide you through the planning, implementation and follow-up processes to schedule a meeting with a local public health or healthcare leader that you have identified as a person you would like to meet with during this course.  This leader can be someone you know or would like to meet as you think about your  future career and how he or she might be willing to serve as a mentor to you.  Keep in mind that you are required to complete this, and all other KINE 4354 assignments during this course time period.

In Assignment 2.2 you identified three potential candidates to meet with.  In Assignment 3.1 you took that initial plan two steps further to confirm your meeting and to develop your talking points/questions.  This assignment requires you to write up a summary of the interview and submit a copy of your follow-up email to the public health or healthcare leader who you interviewed.

A template is included for you to complete (see below) that will guide you through this final summary and follow-up assignment.  Be sure to review the grading rubric so that you are aware of how you will be graded.   NOTE: You are allowed to copy and paste the public health leader contact information and questions you developed from Assignment 3.1.  However,  ALL COMMENTS must be typed directly into the template IN YOUR OWN WORDS.
