Highly Hazardous Chemical Case Study
I’m studying for my Engineering class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?
You will find 3 to 5 sources that review a single accident involving highly hazardous chemicals, of the type that we reviewed in class (plants exploding). you will build a case study that presents a timeline of events. I do not expect the resolution of the CSB videos, but I do expect the be able to know what happened, why it happened and what consequences were.
