I provided the links for different sites which housed an example of the genre I chose which is Incident Reports. The last link has multiple different incident reports on it. I’ve noticed a lot of differences between the different incident reports. To begin, some hold much more detail than the others. Some of these reports include date and time and names and others just provide basic information on what happened. The other thing I noticed was that you can literally write a report for pretty much any situation. In my field of loss prevention incident reports are helpful for referencing incidents that occurred, linking them to other cases, taking them to law enforcement for prosecution, etc. I always try to cover the “who, what, when, where, and why” aspects when report writing, because you never know who is going to need to pull the report for reference or what information might be needed.

They use the number to replace the benefit. When the people behind the such an huge number will feel a sense of regret. It means that number also can persuade the people, under the special situation it work more better than the word. In addition it use the bright future. On the other word, they hope to persuade other to believe writer’s idea. For the last article, the number is still one part in this article, and it have its own thought. So means that business report not only show the real fact, but also can show some guess about the writer.For the genre of Business report, I found the number is necessary.
